It's that time of year to begin planning for this summer's
2013 Regional Teacher Academy. Our collective vision for this
professional development opportunity is to honor the Teachers Teaching Teachers
paradigm. In order to do that, we need your help. All area
principals are asking teachers to reflect on their own teaching practices to
determine what they do that makes them an effective educator. If you have an
idea for a breakout session, please open the 2013 RTA Proposal form and submit
it to me by Friday, March 15th. I have listed some of the areas we would
like to target below, if you have other ideas, those are welcome as well. You all have many great things to share with your colleagues!!

Interventions in the classroom, Math & Literacy
Interventions and Enrichment's, Developing Quality Assessments with
the Common Core.

the Next Generation Science Standards.
